ECP - 24
Reached ECP F2 at 5:30am with Kua, Slack and CCF. Buay and Mrs Buay and Seo, Babe were there already! I was surprise that Seo came so early! That slacker always late!
Tao, Piglet, TJ, Zhu Er & Yili came shortly.
Meet up with Gugugaga at there as well. He just came back from a 6hr Clearwater last week. He did informed me that Wilson did 4:26hr! That is damn cool! He must be the top 5 in SIN based on that result! He also mentioned that 70.3 will be officially launch in Malaysia(Putra Jaya) in Aug 08! Wow, another event to prepare for IMWA09! Damn cool! I just hope that desaru will be shifted back somehow.
We start out around 5:50am heading towards Changi Point.
I decide to stay behind and accompany Kia which have just came back from her super shiong 100km event in HK. It was tough to say the least, her knee still ache/hurts. Poor gal.
Anyway, it was good to stay super slow as well. I don't know how i will fare later on, so going slow is a good option as well. We split at "fire station", while i proceed to Changi Point, while Kia Uturn back.
It wasn't a fast/slow pace. Just going at a pace where i feel comfortable and hopefully can last the distance longer.
It was a good and solid run for me today. It has been a super long time since i feel this way. One of those rare "good" day.
I proceed to push on slow and steady back to F2 in 2:52hr.
Along the way saw many familiar faces. Cool.
Head to Toa Payoh for makan and someone brought a cake(this have nothing to do with me!) to celebrate BD of Tao & Kua. Keke.
