Saturday Log

Woke up at 4:30am, reached ECP at 5:25am. It was a solo run today.

The rest are in MR and i need the time/space to do a LSD before the class later on.

From F2 to NSRCC and back for 20km workout. At least that is the intend until about 1km from NSRCC. The usual happened.

I decide to take 2 dose of the medicine as per advice from Doctor. and U-turn from there onwards back walking back to B1. I just wanna test out the "theory" see if it works.

30 mins passed, nothing ch ages. Time running out, no choice and continue to run.

Slow and steady reached the end in 2:40hr. Damn slow. Ok lah.

The "problem" did not stop until noon time! Sigh.....

Do a quick bath and went down for class.
