Storm brewing
No ache no pain this morning. Strange.
I had 4 workouts during the last 2 days. I haven't done this for a long time. Thinking the body will take time to adapt once again.
Water is warm this morning when i jump into the pool. Seem like a stuffy day ahead.
It was a bit uneasy for a while and slowly it get better. A rather decent workout to complete 2km in 53mins. Thought of doing longer, but after some time decide to take it err on the safety side. Not slack. There is a race coming up this weekend.
Too calm IMO, something is brewing when the "environment" is quiet and calm than usual.
