MR 20k
Didn't a good sleep in the evening. I must take note in the future that i might not be able to join group workout, a day after Enver's injection. He was not his usual self and abit taxing for his parents.
Reached MR around 6:50am. 7 of us started the run around 7:05am.
I find it rather uncomfortable in the early part of the run. My breathing is erratic(sort of) and couldn't get a good rhythm. I am pretty concern as this will leads to exhaustion and it is going to be a long struggle later on.
Reached out of the woods slightly under 24mins. It is the fastest i did over the past 1 year or so. As usual took a long walk to the ranger station. We should stop doing that. Too much walk isn't that good..but nevertheless give me the opportunities to recover which is good.
We head towards rifle range road. I can feel it is going to be a struggle....just about 5km nia...and this is happening. Sigh..slow and steady moving forward. I have to bite and push through.... We have a couple of long breaks which is pretty good for me as we move forward. U-turn at the entrance to BTMTBT.
He reached back at Ranger station this time round, instead of taking the short cut. It seems that everyone are tired today. Strange in a way, when i read their body movement from behind. We slowly move on.
I can feel i am tiring fast. Have to resort to run/walk back to end point. HR i guess is average 140-150bpm. Time is 2:49hr.
Legs are aching now, while i am writing this post. I think i need this kind of run...to get my fitness back...run within comfort zone isn't going to help. :)
