1st Oct - workout

The shoulder and neck showing sign of aching.

The speedo read 33.6km after the 60mins effort.

The display is relative. I doubt the distance. I was on a hilly theme this morning in the gym. I was going at a decent pace. The hilly portion, i clock the fastest km/hr. Hmm....when we see hills, we slow down and not upped the km/hr! Ok effort wise might be tougher on the climb, but the km/hr...is a joke! If you take it relatively to the flat ground, maybe still acceptable(watt x cadence?).

It wasn't that tough the bike. A good workout nonetheless to sweat it out in the early morning.

Colleagues decide to ponteng the swim for one reason or another. So, left me. Hmm.....already brought the lunch in the morning so.. go as per plan :)

Weather is cool. Seems going to be a cool swim. Pool is much deserted. Cool!

Jump in and start to swim. 1 breast + 3 front circuit. Don't know the body can take it the circuits? Still take a step at a time and see how things go.

Swimming at a pretty slow pace. Didn't feel any bit of chuan at any time. I close half of my eyes the whole time, since there is some refraction from the sun.

The heat get warmer on my back as i padfle onwards. Can feel the back is getting a good barbecure! Slowly and steady pushing onwards. Trying to maintain a good posture for the swim.

10 sets completed. Feel very fresh still. :) 53mins effort, which is pretty slow given i am doing free style most of time. Well, just glad that i finish what i set out for.
