Monday loh!
As usual i hit the gym in the morning. The though of having 1 training session per day, really spurn me up to get to the gym in time, no matter in the mind abit reluctant.
Decide to get up the bike for 100mins. Hmm...i need to get my workout in the gym for longer period, since i have only 1 session per day.
Feeling good, maybe 2 days no workout leow that is why. Anyway, time to put on some gas...before the weekend looms. Going to be heading to Genting this weekend, so not much chance for workout and many feasting coming! Pui Si lah!
