Mid week - Jan 2010
The legs are slightly ache from yesterday run. This is good ache, show that i did run. :p
I was late to the gym, nevertheless the bike session still proceed without cutting short the time. 50 mins are spent.
It was a good session. Can feel the legs are not fresh. A bit tough, but not dead yet. Seems like a good workout awaits for the rest of the week.
Time to beef up.
