Aug Starts

A fresh month and a fresh start.

It is meant to be easy this morning. Given that i have a new book from the library to accompany me on the bike. It is going to be a breeze, which it turn out the way it should be.

A comfortable 50mins ride, follow by the stretching marchine to kick start a rather cool drizzling day.
