count down T-1

I skip the workout on Thursday. Just wanna spent more reading and enjoy the countdown to the short trip over the long weekends.

This morning get to the gym and hop up for 60mins bike ride. It was an easy ride with the book to accompany me. I really need to read and do my workouts. It will be so much easier to finish the session.

It is nice to keep the body warm up for the weekend run and then a long awaited sun/sands/water..yum yum...
