A short run

The weather is so hot that for the 2nd night i couldn't sleep well.

So little time and so many things to do and make things worst.

I head to office early for work and joined CBD run in the evening.

Due to last week AHM(most runners) and small group of runners, we decide to do a shorter route(MBS)....

Sera came to join us for the last CBD run before she is leaving for UK for her study next week.

Though the run is short, the pace is pretty fast. Ok, maybe it is just me....when i reached U-turn point, i realise the HR is racing again. Sigh... No choice but to do alot of walking back. As usual get the suan-ing from our MR French IM. :(
