Adapting

It just the 2 of us on Saturday on the early morning run. No choice have to be on duty as mum is not at home.

Target to do 20km and off we go..at 4am from B1(ECP). After last week not so great run, abit comprehensive on today run.

Right knee and PF is giving some signals this morning. Still proceed to do an easy pace run towards NSRCC.

I was still feeling okay on the first half, 2nd half is getting abit winded. I don't know why. Maybe just need to get use to the non-stop run. :P

Leg started to feel abit crampy...(doesn't look good)...when i ran only 12km++.

I have to walk after seafood toilet. Fitness is one thing, leg cramping up is another. I need to get use back to running non-stop.

It was a rather long walk then run on this last stretch. :(

Saw Tao, Yankee and YH almost at the "big splash"...on the way back.

Fitness doesn't good....or haven't recover yet...:(

Everyone seems to be slacking, but i still proceed with the bike with CP on Sunday morning.

I need to bike, i keep telling myself though i am not really keen on riding long or fast today.

When i woke up, the quads are aching...shit....still have to cycle this morning. How to tahan?

Take it pretty relax and reach rendezvous 10mins early, since i started early this morning. :P

We have a slow ride and chit chat along towards Mandai.

We did the loop at the Zoo and stop at the bus stop for an extended pitt stop.

On the way back towards Upper Thomson, since we are on a relax bike, i suggest take a recee detour on a small route(which i beo very long leow). Gamely CP and me take a plunge into the unknown.

It is actually a park connector that links all the way to woodland. It is not totally finish yet. The route still have some debris and not the entire road is flatten. So it is rather sinking feeling when riding into the soften part.

My guess it is 2km long...and when we reached the end, CP is not willing to return the same path. So we took the "highway" + gambas route back to Upper Thomson for our breakfast.

A short and nice cycle to "massage" the sore quads. It is going to be a shiok afterwards. :P
