CNY looming
A 60mins ride on Monday to kick start the week(monday). A good sweaty session. :P
It has been raining non stop for the past few days and fortunately i wasn't adversely affect for my workout.
Tuesday due to car problem, took bus/mrt to work. 70mins from home to office door. Non peak timing.
Didn't go for CBD run.
Wednesday, just as i step out of the car, HR went up. Sigh...should i or not....
I reach the gym abit breathless as the lift isn't working and have to climb up the escalator. Once i hit the toilet, HR went down. Phew.
I had a 60mins weight session as plan. Cool!
A nice last workout before the Chinese New Year
