slow weak
After the NTU run, i am feeling okay physically. Well, the run was done in slow pace, so not much aching. Went to Blood Bank on Sunday morning to release the quaterly "bad" blood. First time went there on Sunday, 9am(the earlier possible), reach there 15mins late and the place is pack with people for a Sunday morning.
Reach home & immediately out again to inlaws place. Take a nap there, was tired lah...haha....
Monday morning, went to office earlier than norm. Well, it is not earlier, it will be this timing for now onwards....:( I wanna reach office by 7am, hit the gym and go for work. Lunch time another session of gym session. After work can do a run or swim or slack depending on the situation. A mixture of mix & match depending on body condition, whims, weather....see how lah....must change abit so it wont get so bored.
Did 2 sessions of gym on Monday, 1 session of gym on tuesday, 1 x 8km run after work. 2 sessions of gym on wednesday, 2 x gym sessions on wednesday & 1 x 12km run after work. wanna do more, but dont want to push too much as this is the first week. Must let the body get use to the pace. Furthermore just loss some blood, must slow down as body tend to be weak.
Today run was okay, abit slow, maybe because i am weak...
