Shin hurts
I came back from teh tarik session and got into bathroom to wash up. Ouuch....how come my left shin is abit sore...jatlat tommorrow(saturday) i going to do LSD(36km), how?
Sigh...this kind of injury how to prevent? cannot lah...life is unpredictable, i might just kena stroke out of the blue... fate lah
Meet Francis at 5am at Kallang. We start our run around 5:20am. Rain came pouring down after 3-4km and we took shelter at the flyover. We waited for about 40mins before the rain drizzle to an acceptable level until we continue our run. The momentum and timing are out.
we ran gingerly over pockets of water along the way. On the return path of the first 17km route, i feel tightness and aching over the left shin. Aiyoh, like that die lah....anyway i decide to cut short the run in case the injury get aggravated further. Since we both us have lots of energy leh, we decided to chiong the last 3km back.
The rain and injury spolit the run. Nevertheless, i rest to run on another day.
