Weekly Report - 3 weeks till D-Day
Yeah 3 more weeks to go. Hopefully my shin will not be a major factor in SCSM.
Mon - Gym(Cycle), Gym(Weight), Circuit(11km)
Tue - Gym(Cross Trainer), Gym(Weight)
Wed - Gym(Climber/Cross), Gym(Weight), western run(11km)
Thur - Gym(Cycle/Swim)
Fri - Gym(Cycle), Gym(Weight)
Sat - LSD(17km) - Injure
Sun - Rest (3rd Run Together Session)
Total Mileage: 39km
Western Run took the "wind" out of myself. I do not know if it is the distance or the time taken(since i walked with Poh for half the distance) that have taken considerable "juice" out of myself. Or it could be the accumulated runs that have finally taken the toll.
It was dissapointing with LSD. Sensing the slight aching on the left shin does cause a trigger to go off inside myself. Have to stop, recovered and stay to run on another day.
