Recovery Week
Tuesday did an 8km run on Hari Raya Haji. Heartrate was high and wasnt feeling great. One of good news from that run was that it didnt aggravate my injury which at this moment should be a good sign. Anything else is secondary.
Wednesday went for a swim in the evening with runalone, tiwazz, balasing and chyarose. It was a good swim. Though Runalone is injure, he can still managed to swim pretty fast. Lunch Time, didnt go for gym as i am pretty tied up for work, also want to give myself more rest time after yesterday run.
Thursday, did a 20mins run on the treadmill & 20mins on the bike...couldnt do more on the run, as the leg have some tingling sensations on the injury and i quicky pulled the plug. Have a spicy(curry fish head) lunch with Bernard and Japa...haha...Evening couldnt go for a swim as kena pulled into a meeting. Pai Seh have "fly" poh aeroplane.
Friday, did a 25mins run on the treadmill. Again the mucle strain start to appear again, so have to cut short. Afternoon wanna do weights, alas Emeryln jio me to run(recovery). No choice lah...ppl ask me nicely, so bo pain have to run, about 23mins on the road. Evening time went for a swim at Clementi SC, before meeting the rest of the sgrunners for teh terak session at Esplande. Pictures can be view here or download here.
Saturday, Did a long run of 13-14km in 1:23hr. So far leg still feel okay which is a good signed. Even though there are some feeling again around 10km, but it didnt aggravate and i slowly jog back to the end.
Sunday, the leg do feel abit ache from yesterday run due to didnt run that long for a while and not from the old injury.
