A slow-back-week
As i slowly work on my fitness back, i am conscious of any ache and pain i am getting at these few days. Try to refrain from any speed works or even run pretty fast. Stop when some aches are developing. I guess rather be cautious rather regretful. Alas, the progress is slow....
Mon - Gym(treadmill), Gym(weights), Swim (3km)
Tue - Gym(Bike), Gym(weights), Run(6km)
Wed - Gym(treadmill), Swim (4km)
Thur - Gym(X-terrain)
Fri - Gym(Treadmill), Gym(weights) (4km)
Sat - Run (18km)
Total: 35km

eh, tigger, dun rush too fast into strenuous training! ;) slow and steady, and u'll be able to regain ur fitness back in no time!
