Total Mileage: 44.5km
After Sunday Biathlon and World Harmony Run, i know i going to be slightly jade for early part of the week. I feel okay on Monday run as i do expect to be a bit slow. Tuesday was a bit slack, as i feel i need a bit of rest. . Evening CBD run was struggling for me as i guess i am tired. Wed is similiar to the day previous. Fortunately today training distance is cut short due to time constraint. Nevertheless, the staircase climbing does bring me breathlessness.
Thursday training wise is back to norm. Evening swim is slow, i dont know why i cant seems to keep me the pace of Poh and Simon, even though they are doing breaststroke.
Friday is damn busy at work and miss the workout in the afternoon and ended up with a lunch.
Saturday did LSD, phew glad to get it over with.
Sunday, rest day lah...need to work !!!!
