What happen this week?
Mon - Gym(cycle), Run(6km)
Tue - On Leave (BD)
Wed -Gym(Cycle), Run(16km)
Thu - Rest
Fri - Gym(Cycle), Gym(Weights)
Sat - Run(20km MR)
Sun - Climb(180 stories)
Total Mileage: 42km
I was feeling bad after the run on Wednesday. I feel sick, in fact i was thinking of taking medical leave for the first time in my working life on Thursday. I dont know why this is so, accumulate body wornout? Contact Lens problem?
Anyway, just need pretty of rest.
Took a leave on Tuesday, feeling very good not to work. Maybe should do it monthly.
