Another short week
This week works for 3 days. Will be joining Mt Kinabalu team for a recee trip at Kinabalu. It is going to be an experience for myself to check out the actual site and get a feel of how much do i fare given the conditional.
Monday went for a Mt KK training, did 12 sets of 30 stories at Bishan. Feeling good, didnt push on for more.
Tuesday went to Mt Faber for a run. This week would not have much chance to run, so must make use of this opportunity. Did the usual 10km route, but did another small loop on top of Mt Faber. I guess is 11km, feeling good at the end of the run. Went over to CBD run after that to pass mizuno shoe to Runrunrunaway.
Wed didnt do any training in the evening, as these few days gym training have taken its toll abit and i want to rest for the coming Mt KK trip.
