Run-less

Muscle below the left knee start to show signs of injury since last week. I have procastinate to put on the knee guard so far as i feel i should be able to deal with it. On Sunday, which is a rest day, i felt a tweak of the muscle while at home. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting ...Like that can also get injure !!! Mount Kinabalu training for this week onwards until the recee trip will be based on climbing stair. I get to know it during the training on Monday. My training program is screwed because of this.Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting In fact some of the folks know about this and the rest of the people are not informed until last minute. Anyway, just have to adapt and move on.

Monday and Wednesday we have 30 stories(Bishan) x 12 sets. Complete less than 1:30hr and feeling good. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Taking advantage of the changes, i decided not to do any running for this week and give my muscle a rest. I do have the usual gym sessions with cycle, cross trainer, weights & swim. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

On Saturday, went for a 20km run at MR. Have to run, since i will be travelling in the evening, not much running after that and have to run lah. Felt a bit strange without running for a few days. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

addition: On Sunday did 6km while oversea.
