Stock Market
Boy, have been looking at stock market lately? I think my fitness regimen, like typical stock, start strong and end up the week rather limping.
Mon - Cycle in the morning, night time have a 10 sets of 40 stories(@Toa Payoh) climbing.
Tue - Cycle in the morning, weights in the afternoon, 12km run(Mount Faber + 2 smaller loops).
Wed - Cross trainer in the morning.
Thur - Cycle in the morning, climb 6 sets of 40 stories(@Toa Payoh).
Fri - Cycle in the morning, weights in the afternoon.
Sat - Run at MR in the morning(18-19km)
Sun - Rest
I have other plans for this week, unfortunately certain events changes the course of thing.
