Limping Tigger

2 weeks after Mount Kinabalu Recee, the injury that i sustained then, resurface again today at MR. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I was almost midway through my run where i sprained our left ankle again. Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Injuried ankle will take times to heal. I guess it is weak and easier to get hurt while trying to recover from previous damage.
