Limping Tigger
2 weeks after Mount Kinabalu Recee, the injury that i sustained then, resurface again today at MR.
I was almost midway through my run where i sprained our left ankle again.
Injuried ankle will take times to heal. I guess it is weak and easier to get hurt while trying to recover from previous damage.
Did run/walk about 18-19km ba...took me almost 3hrs.

tigger dear, get well soon! take a short break from training, and you will bounce back STRONGER for sure!
