light workout week

After Mount Kinabalu event, my body hurts - quads, calves and ankles the most. I dont know whether it is fate or what, but my training are enforced "put on hold".

Monday have a cycle in the morning and swimming in the evening.

Tuesday have a cycle in the morning, works in the evening until 8:30pm

Wednesday have a cycle in the morning, weight in the afternoon and works in the evening until 9:10pm

Thursday have a cycle in the morning, works until 12 midnight.

Friday try to get a nap in the gym, but couldn sleep well. Didnt do much today. Rest day i guess due to the late night yesterday.

Saturday did a 24km run in the morning at MR.

Sunday is rest day.

Last week event did have an effect on body, didnt realised it took so long to recovered. Anyway, rest for this week, so that i can move forward next week(opps tomorrow) onwards.
