Week Report
Last week, sprain my ankle at MR. The sprain is not as bad as the one from Mount Kinabalu, it recovers okay.
Monday have a cycle in the morning, weights in the afternoon and a swim in the evening.
Tuesday apart from cycle in the morning, Mt KK training at Toa Payoh(10 sets of 40 stories).
Wedneday, National Day, went for a 16km Bug run.
Thursday, cycle in the morning, Mt KK training at TP(4 sets of 40 stories). Injury incurred on wednesday have not recovered. Can feel a bit of stressed, do not wish to press forward.
Friday, have a cycle in the morning, weights in the afternoon.
Saturday, East Coast LSD - 21km.
Sunday, Rest.
