After last weekend of 30km LSD at MR, this week will be slowing down the pace. Training wise is quite relax compare to previous weeks.
Mon - Cycle, Weights
Tue - Cycle, Climb
Wed - Cycle, Run(13k)
Thur - Cycle
Fri - Cycle
Sat - Run(20k)
Sun - Rest
