Am i ready ?
Quite a few have ask, when am i travelling for Mount Kinabalu Climbathon.

Leaving for Sabah:
Departure Date : 29th September 2006
Departure Time : 0730hrs
Meeting Time at T2: 0545hrs
Coming back Singapore:
Arrival Date : 2nd October 2006
Departing Sabah : 1000hrs
Back to the question, am i ready?
We have been training for this event since Feb 06. We meet twice per week for training. Apart from that, we do our own training. I have put on about 5kg because of these trainings( i believe it is because i trained, reach home late, eat late and sleep within 1 hour and ended up with more weights!!!)
My training have increased in quantity compare to last year and the food intake remain the similar and weight increase !!!! what is the different between last year and this year? The only significance i realised is the timing i had my dinner. Or is it 1 year older, the weight retention ability have increased?
After these months of training, i feel i have done okay and prepare for the event. We have a recee in July which give us an understanding of what lies ahead. As for preparation, i believe if i have more trekking/climbing experiences, will definitely put me in a better position.
Anyway, just do what i can and see how it goes.
