HAN ZHENYING

The first time i meet ZhenYing, is on the plane to Mount Kinabalu Climbathon.

The 2nd time i meet ZhenYing, is when she cross the finishing line in 10 postition for Ladies Opens at 4:04:12hrs.

The 3rd time i meet ZhenYing, is when she goes up to collect her prize the day after at the prize ceremony.

The 4th tme i meet ZhenYing is when she take the same flight as ours back to Singapore.

What so special about ZhenYing? Maybe she is the only chinese lady among the China runners. Maybe she is young and tomboyish? Maybe she share the same surname as i am and we are related? Maybe i am impressed with her running? Well, i dont know. I have even spoken to her yet !!!

After some searching on the internet, i found out that ZhenYing was in her early 20's. In 2004, she came in 2nd in Blackmores Sydney Marathon 2004 in 2:48hrs at the age of 18. This year she did Xiamen Marathon in 2:50hr.
