Back in MR

Picked up Tookia and Tookua before reaching MR at 6:15am on Saturday Morning. Heeshen suppose to join us, but was down with flu and not feeling well.

We did MR 15km route+ 5km inside the trail for today run. Intended is to do 25km, but i have reservation on Tookia and Tookua, both are doing their first exercise(run) after 2 weeks layoff. So i decided to cut short the distance and do a relax run for everybody.

It was a good run, as we updated each other on our recent trip. TooKia just came back from Hanoi on Friday, whereas Tookua on Thursday from Taiwan. I bring the camera along to take pictures.

Along the way, we meet Bug and Babymonster during the run. There was Shuthehellup and Yeow(i think) at MR carpark as well.

I finished the run in 2:42hrs. Pretty slow i guess, especially the first part where we enjoy our run.
