Interval in SAFRA (MF)

It is suppose to be a 14km run at MF tonight. Due to the raining season, tuesday run did not materialise so today is the make up interval! Anyway, whatever in store in life, JUST DO IT.

Piglet joined me for a run tonite. She is around the area and decide to join me for a run. What a blessing for her.

We ran 4 km from clubhouse to Queeenstown track. Did 1 set of 1.6km, follow by 5 sets of 800meters and back to clubhouse again. I did pretty okay in the interval. One of those good day.

The body not use to running after interval and i have to run slowly with Piglet back to the clubhouse.

A good run with some light drizzle along the journey. Dreamrunner, Fennel, Cookie and Bug joined in the run.
