3rd Day in HK
The journey start after the circuit swim this morning. We walk across to New World Centre for Tim sum. The first time in HK. It was pretty good, especially it is next to the bay and overlooking the sea.
After a heavy breakfast. Head towards Hard Rock at Canton Road and grab a few souvenirs before going back the same way and walk towards the Avenue of Stars. There are quite a few celebrities hands print on the floor to make the street. It is getting hot and bright, before we split out with my sister and brother-inlaw going towards MTR to Admiralty. They have their program and we decide to pay Ocean park a visit.
We took the bus at Admiralty towards Ocean Park Tau Shue Wan Entrance. First time taking a “bus” in HK. Ocean Park is pretty good. I didn’t realize that it can impressing! The evaluator is very long if you link it up together! We took a few rides, visit a few attractions and watch the dolphin and seal show.
Some of the rides bring us up very high and show a lot of beautiful sights! The only significant event I miss is the Skyfair Balloon Ride, which according to the staff the queue time is 120mins! OMG, who on earth is going to queue for that 10mins ride!
We left Ocean Park around 5pm. We took the bus back to Admiralty and go shopping for snacks in their “supermarket”. It is very difficult to find, until we have thought there isn’t a supermarket concept in HK!
We have dinner back at TSC at a local Spaghetti house. It was very filling (carbo loading). We came back and have an early night since D-Day is tomorrow.
