day after yesterday

Woke up with aching arms. Good signs! Only arms nia, haha. Not doing enough isn't ? Hmm.... Another weight session in the afternoon?

Tempting indeed, the thought of weights in the afternoon. Evening at MF is interval training. Aiyoh, interval workout can kills! What am I thinking about? Interval at telok blangah hill is a challenge that I relish. Tough, but still manageable given the right conditions.

Just complete the bike session a while back. A typical morning workout to start the day. Let see how things develop later.

===================================================================

I make it to the gym. Phew!

I have lost track of time and the user that i am working with have to remind me that it is lunch time! No choice, grab the gym kit and dash over.

Did some weights and hopefully the run later won't kill! Fingers crossed....:p

===================================================================

Interval training didn't materialise. In fact,

Almost can't make it to the SAFRA in time, due to an unexpected jam along the way. The fact that i am looking forward to the interval training and stuck in the traffic that couldn't move is a real damper. Fortunately, the traffic clear up and i manage to squeeze in. When i reach the waiting area, the SAFRA members have already speed off!

Interval training didn't materialise! What can i say? If it is fated, you can't do much! Trainer Ong couldn't make it and we did 1hr looping at MF loops! I wasn't prepare for it mentally!

My chest hurts while running, my arms are heavy too. My right shoulder is abit stiff as well. I guess the weights sessions over the last couple of days did take its toil!

I did 6 loops in 55:36mins. I feel is pretty good leow. I feel good. Walk back to the clubhouse and immediately head for shower instead of the normal warm down. Rush down to CBD to meet up with the rest of the runners.

Hopefully i will have a good sleep later...:p
