Swim - ?

Almost can't make it for the swim. No matter what i determine to make it tonight. I rush down from Tuas and reach the carpark at 7pm.

My arms were aching even on the first lap! Fortunately after a few laps the ache goes away. I wasn't feel comfortable in the water today. Did some drills and enjoy the swim tonight. I finish the pool early at 8:10pm, while the rest -Balasing, Tiwazz, nyquist2000 & Cheow continue.

I took a bath and rush back. I have a conference call at 9pm. The intention is to have the call back home, after calculating, instead proceed to Balestier to do the call instead. I waited at the road side from 8:55pm for Pheck Leng to finish her tuition at 9:40pm at the same time have the conference call there. When Pheck Leng came out at 10:10pm, the call have not even ended yet!

I need a good rest and a good run. I have a long road plan ahead for this week. Hopefully i will survive!
