Workout
It has not been a good weekend. Maybe i see thing not in a logical way....:(
Morning, went up the stationary bike for 40mins. Pick up my BB and write the previous blog. It took me 40mins to write the blog! Can't believe it took that long? Didn't realise the time was up until i was pedalling without resistance! Maybe concentrating on the punching on keypad and forget about the stress on the legs!
Lunch, went over to the gym and did 40mins of weights. Nothing to distract and ended up puff and ouuching for most part of the session. I love the feeling of hands and shaking after the gym sessions - meaning overwork those damn lazy muscles!
Wait till evening, shall go for a swim to burn off, hopefully i have a good sleep tonight!
