April week

To kick start the week, it is always nice to go with a run. Alas I rather have my run outside than in the gym. Anyway after Friday visit to the blood bank, a slow and relax biking will be ideal.

I have not done strenuous running ever right after blood donation. This is the first time I did that as long as I can recall. I might be wrong though..:)

There are many reasons why i choose to run after blood donation. Sometime the reasons are base on judgment, experiences and objectives.

I do my lsd on Saturday, the different is the location. The reason for MR last weekend is to assit a runner to prepare for an upcoming event in off-road terrain.

Sunday run is for recee of the route for cbd run. It is a good run and the route is okay, maybe a bit challenging to those those aren't use to sloppy terrain. This is the toughest terrain in cbd routes currently; hopefully we don't get to do this route often! For those season runners, this will be an easy run.

A good cycle to start the day. It is going to be a long day ahead after the recent IT policy that kicks in on 1st April.

A bit chuan in the gym in the afternoon. Can feel the HR have increase though i am not really pushing the pace. Nevertheless, it was a good exercise after a few couples of slacking.

Have a good chance with Emelyn on her injure and Tracy on her adventures. Took a while for the HR to cool down today. Have to be caution abit on the next few exercises - starting with the swim tonight.

Went across to the pool early for a swim. Tiwazz and Balasing are there for the OT swim. I have a good time, maybe due to the lost in blood, i am feeling "lighted"!

I need to spent more time in the swim in the future!
