Qing Ming - Double dose

It is a double Qing Ming for me this year. The first ever! It means Ching Ming on the same day.

Put on alarm at 2am and didn't activate it! What a blunder! Woke up by maid's alarm at 2:25am! Jump up and get everybody to wake up. Suppose to meet Bing at 3:15am at Lim Chu Kang Cemetery bus stop. No choice SMS her that we be late by another 15 mins.

Surprised, we manage to leave home at 2:40am! Reach the arranged meeting area at 3:15am! Alas Bing and Han Cheng will be late and arrived at 3:34am! Fate lah...haha....

It has been around a year ago when we last visit Dad. At times, during the past year , i still thought of Dad. A few tears have shed along the way. I have not been a good son and is pretty quick temper towards Dad and Mum at times. I am what i am and if time can return, i will apologies to Dad for being such a nasty person. Even now i still try to curb my temper towards mum. There is some successful, but i hope i will totally eradicate this bad trait of mine.

I am glad to visit dad tomb. I still remember the day we buried dad. It was like yesterday, but it is slightly over 2 years. The last few years was suffering for Dad, before some decide enough is enough. As a human, i wish when my time come, i will have it quick and painless, as a son, i wish and hope that some miracle will happen to assist dad to recover faster and back to his usual self. Alas we just can't go against fate.

Mum, Sweetheart, Han Chen, Bing, Siti and myself spend around 50 mins with dad. Though we can't communicate with Dad, sort of i feel connected. Mum and Siti went with Han Chen and Bing back home around 4:25am , whereas Sweetheart and myself went across to Pheck Leng's mum tomb for our 2nd visit of the day.

Morris, Michelle, Har, Er jie fu and Chong came around 4:40am. Da Jie Fu, Yin, Yao and Father came 4:55am after making a wrong turn on the expressway. I am abit sleepy from the early woke up this morning. What i like about visiting mother in law is that someone are organising this visit and everything will go very smoothly. We brought 2 packets of folded "Gold-Sliver" paper and a bag of clothes for today event.

The "camp" fire for mother-in-law is always a good exercise, whereby everyone chip in to lay the papers. Since it is a big family for my inlaws, the burning fire will be high and it is as always beautiful. We left mother's tomb around 5:30am.

Send Har and Er Jie Fu back to Boon Lay before heading for home. Reach home at 6am.

It has been a quite a long day and will get longer later...
