Go, going...

It is a known fact that people leave after the release of the yearly extra incentive aka bonus. It is just a delay in throwing in the towel. It came as no surprise that we have a few more leaving this month.

It is a great employee market out there currently. Colleague(management) inform me that those on the prowl are asking for the sky! It is getting more challenging to recruit. I have colleague that is leaving, informe me that a XX% increase from throwing in the letter. Wow, that is great my friends. Can you bring me along? :p

It is sad that folks working together for a long period are leaving. Those late nights, makansutra, holiday trips are great memories. It is also time to find our individual greener patch of grass elsewhere.

Quite a few farewell dinners are plan. Sigh, crash with my training schedule! How not to crash when you are training almost everyday? :p

I can forgo the lunch time gym. I don't not like to miss evening sessions. Alas, damn it!

I have to make adjustments pretty fast.
