Insomnia/Naked Tigger

12:30am+ before i hit the pillow with my blanket hug tightly. Shiok! Going to be a deep sleep.......Nights off.....hehe

Woke up around 3am+. Hmm...something is not right...how come only 3am! Die lah...sleep so little today....twist and turn also cannot sleep! Sigh...close my eyes and pray that i have 2nd round of sleep.....sigh x 2

I just hate it, when i do not have enough sleep. Ahhhhhh..........

Manage to reach the pool before the shuttle gate drawn up! ...heng....har....

Wow, 2day the pool is so much pack! mechiam like wet market! Lucky start early so chomp the lane first! Was a little bit difficult in the beginning as both arms muscles like very tired, dunno can survive or not? Legs muscles seem to be fine which is a a good sign! Continue the 50 breast and 150 free strategy.

First 500 meters, still okay...endure.... maybe reach 1km should stop and slack abit. Look left and right, control your breathing, remember to glide and try to be efficient and don't kick too much! After a while, arms not ache leow. 1km in 24 min+, ok let move on to 2km. Slow and steadily, at the same time siaming swimmers left/right reach 1.5km in 39 min, 2km in 51 min. Decide to push on abit longer, 2.2km in 57:30 min. Still feeling strong at the end. Nevermind, relax abit and did 2 laps of cool down swim. Did some stretching by the pool side before heading for shower.

Last week forget to bring towel, lucky still have small towel in the bag, so yesterday remind myself so many times to bring towel! It was a rush to pack the bag yesterday evening as i arrived home pretty late. This week i forget to bring my sock and undie! WTF, i can't seem to admire myself for such silly act! Anyway it is not as though i haven't.....hehe....

Reach office in less than 10 mins and changed up with those missing items in the basement toilet. I have a full set of "accessories" in the carboot for emergency circumstance like today...hehe...no wonder my carboot is messy....:)

I am feeling sleepy now...*yawn*

Skipped lunch gym session as i need to run some errand. Went across to West Mall for lunch with my colleague.

Didn't go across to CBD or even MF this evening. Choose to go across to SP track for speed workouts. Intend to do 2km warm up, 6 x 800 + 1.2km warm down.

I was there with Francis, we did 4 x 800. My pacing was out and i struggle abit. Haven't been doing speed workout for quite some time and i guess without group support it is pretty difficult.

Nevermind shall run again soon....

Not a good evening after that. Even dinner is past 10pm. Nevermind, next time ba.
