Heart Training
Yesterday evening, went across to SP for a run. The intent is to do some corrective form running. Start off with a 2km warm up.
After first lap, have to stop to stretch! It seems like going to hit with injury leow. After stretching, felt okay and continue with the rest of the warm up.
Did a few rounds of running on toe(landing) and was feeling very chuan. It is not that i am sprinting, but somehow the heart start to feel stress. Don't quite like the feeling, so decide to cut short the training. I can feel the impact of the blood donation.

Morning did a 40 mins of bike in the gym. The heart seems to be running a bit fast and can feel abit stress as well. Finger cross...it is just a flash in the pan!

Lunch time went across to do some weights in the gym. Wow, the impact of blood donation have finally arrived! It is not that i am using heavy weights or pushing the pace, somehow i can feel tired easily. I was struggling in the gym, which is very strange! A sign to swop running shoes with kopi/loti?

I head for Clementi for a swim instead of MF for the run. I feel i am not ready for run and will like a longer rest.
Apart from breathing is heavy, thighs, calfs are tight! OMG, i couldn't understand why!
Meet up with Poh and Simon at the pool and have a good chat. I enjoy the chitchat session and keep each other updated.
Tomorrow morning there is a run. Doubt are creeping on whether i can finish the run. Shall analysis the situation again when i wake up tomorrow.
