Isloation
Have we isolate ourself in a small "pond" and become a toad in a well?
Quite a number of makan sessions are coming up and pretty furious as well. For the next 2 evening i have to eat outside.
A thought flash across my mind. Have i isolate ourself?
For the last couple of years, while i have been running pretty regularly. How many occasions have i turned down an invite to join colleagues for activities. Unless it fit my schedule, as a normal i would turn it down. Does it affect my social skills and an opportunity to know my colleagues better?
There are more and more staffs joining my company and i used to know them by their first name. Now, regretfully, i do not know them! Worst, they know me! I am very bad at names, I feel very bad for not knowing whom they are! Some of them are like "hi-bye" kind of colleagues, other have been seeing and speaking to them for many months and i still do not know them!
I have a feeling that i overdo on the workout. Life shouldn't be surrounded by this! I need to cut down on the training and somehow at least maintain the fitness.
When is the last time i step into a pub for a drink or went on the dance floor! Maybe 2-3 years back ba.
I think my mentality is changing...a sign of aging? Perhaps......
