Sleep efficiency

I always like to sleep and day dream. I enjoy good sleep more than good food!

I think i am good at sleeping! If i am tired(it happens 90% of the time) when nightfall envelope, i can knock off snoring away within 1 min of hitting the pillow! Talk about efficiency! But i can't sleep for long period of time..:(

Some folks can't sleep well, fortunately i don't have the problem. In fact i sleep so well, it is common that i doze off when i am driving! Hehe...:)

As i grow older, sleep get more and more precious. I sleep around 6 hours each day. On weekend, should be the time for making up the sleep deficiency. Alas it is not true.

Today i do not need to wake up early as it is Sunday and i have not plan for any early run either. So a late night watching television or doing whatever i enjoyed and a good night sleep should ensue. Alas i sleep around 12:30am, woke up before 5am! I couldn't believe it, this damn body clock have a problem! A serious sleep problem!

I need to teach the body to sleep longer! I don't think i am good in sleeping...:(

me too ... bio clock wakes me at 5am on Sat, 6am on Sun ....
next time u no run call me, we do a run (will be walk for u hehe) and then go jiak!
