Finding of Red Dots
P have given a very sharp analysis during the early days of my red dots. Red dots are induce by increase in blood circulation.
After 1 week of monitoring. I believe P observation is very accurate! I only get red dots during cardio exercises! After a few hours of stopping the workout, the dots disappeared!
The only exception i don't have these dots are during weights session. Maybe that is not really cardio workout...more like strength workout.
Quite a few folks tell me it is call "Hong Moh" in Chinese saying. Nobody know the reason what cause it, it just happen! There is no cure for this either!
It is frustrating not knowing what is the cause. Sigh...
I am thinking of going to look for skin specialist. But i am informed, it is of little use! I don't want to spend time and effort on a path that doesn't make sense.
Maybe the dots will go away like last time...in a few week times!
