Gyms

There are 3 Major Gym locally. Planet Fitness, Fitness First, California Fitness.

I am currently with Fitness-Plus that reside on International Business Park for the past 3 years now. My fitness aren't the same as i started off and i have stayed with Fitness-Plus for the past few years as it is very near my office and although my workouts have changed, but it still meet my requirements. Another important factor is the cost of membership as well.

Over the past few months, the urge to move away from Fitness-Plus is getting stronger as my workout requirements are changing as i move into different discipline of sports.

I have make many friends in Fitness-Plus and get to know some of them pretty well. Though i focus on workout, somehow it come a time when you have to notice this/that person every day is there while you hit the floor. It might started off as a smile and later on develop to wonderful workout buddy. It does not matter if it is a guy/ger, when you hit the weights, you need a buddy to help you to push a little bit harder, at times. Though i prefer to do the weights unassisted.

It will be sad to bid goodbye to those gym kaki. Alas, life still move on, no matter which way i choose.

I did a small evaluation of the 3 Major gyms. Each have its strength and weakness. I have a few criterion which have to be met. The kind of equipments, facilities, classes, location, operating hours etc. Have not decide on which one i be taking up yet. Still deliberating which offer the best options for my needs.

Most probably i will signed up for one of the major gym in the near future. The latest will be at the end of my Fitness-Plus membership which expiry on Nov 07.
