No Jelly
After a rest day(Kayak lesson consider workout?), today should be fresh. Came to the gym earlier as i need to workout abit more on the bike.
The bike machine that i took have a 58 mins(max) timeout(intend to do 60mins and get my legs "jelly"!). Sigh...After hitting the bike for a few minutes i have to stop to adjust the contact len. My eye was red this morning from the len and even A comment on it. After the short delayed, i started a new 58 mins session.
It was a good ride. I have deliberately push up the difficulties along the way and at the end of the session. I still feel that i could have push up more! This is uncharted territory and i dare not push it. Next time perhaps.
Surprising i wasn't as wet as expected. The red dots appeared as on cue...:(
The muscle strain sustained yesterday can still be felt. Just need to caution of it.
