Passport

I received a letter informing me that my passport is up for renewal.

If i am not mistaken i can go down personally, send by post and through online. Knowing how lazy i can be, i decide to do it online. It was pretty straight forward with my Singpass. Pay by credit card and upload a recent picture. It took me 2 tries to upload the pictures, as initial picture(taken from HP) was pretty blur, and the second taken from my beloved Sony Camera was good.

Immigration have sent me an email notification to pick up new passport about 2-3 weeks back. I was busy with work can couldn't find time to go down. :(

Finally decide that today, i ought to go down and pick it up. I leave office at 11am to Lavendar. The reason for leaving at this time, because i do not wish to give myself the opportunity to go gym during lunch break! Sigh...what an ironic that some folks can't afford time for workout, and i have to find time to avoid workout!

The carpark at ICA building is very packed! Horrible. I guess the queue inside must be super long also, since the number of cars should be proportion to the number of folk waiting inside. Saw at least a few Cisco officers give up summons "freely" !!! I have to turn out and park around beach road market!

It wasn't as bad as i thought while i am on the queue. At the minimum i have my HP to entertain myself. I waited for 30 mins for my passport.

Yahhooo...i get my new biometric passport....but the picture in the passport looks horrible!
