signs
Thighs are aching. Those good kind of ache, which i like.
So far, the body is showing signs of fatigue. I have deliberating slow down or reduce the intensities of the workout, alas it is not showing signs of recovery. The opposite actually happens! Hmm....As we attempt to balance between training/performance/injure, we have to fall down on a few occassions before we learned. Cross the line and you will know what is not to be trend!
I am going to struggle on Saturday FARKS, based on current form. For the next 2 days, i will have to rework on the training schedules.
