Countdown D - 2days
It is getting closer to D Day once again. Every 3 months or so, i have a D Day. It started since last year whereby there is a D Day every quarter to give myself a goal. A mini one to look forward to. Maybe to some doing 42km is a big goal. Once you have done it, you know you are capable of reaching it and 42km will be since a milestone. A recurrence milestone that you tend to cross once a while to reaffirm yourself that I can still do it.
Nothing - Happened
Decide to put in 60 mins on the bike this morning. It was a relax biking as usual. Nothing fancifully. Would have love to push up the resistance and credance, but restrict myself for doing so. Maybe older and wisely or more stubborn and slacking leow.
At the end of the bike, find myself becoming mechanical. It seems devoid of any feeling. No pain, No ache, no tightness, nothing. As though i have not cycle in the morning. Strange. Nothing happened?
Last workout
Last one before Penang Marathon.
Intend to have a relax session, less weights and some stretching during lunch. Until my Ou Xia have better idea! Aiyoh, kena tekan by the Ou Xia. Xie Xie Ni for helping me out! Now, my arms and body are 2 seperate entity leow!
Already informed you that i have 42km coming up and u...sob ....sob....die lah....haha...anyway it is okay, i doubt it will have much impact. I am so slow anyway, not much different! Just don't let me suffer too much during the run!
