I am back
It is good to be back. A wet morning indeed. Fortunately it didn't affect my swim.
Legs abit tight and off i went for a 2.5km swim in 1:06hr. A min slower than last swim, but it is okay. I feel very fresh and could have gone further. I should be doing slow recovery swim today!
Knowing myself, i think i am not going to slow down or take recovery measure that are in place after a marathon. I feel good and naturally will push on as though the run over the weekend didn't happen!
The only thing i can do, in order to force myself to slow down is....... shall see how thing develop.
Opt for lunch today, suppose to be in recovery mode for 42k. If i have known early of the body condition, i most probably will hit the gym.
On the other hand, thoughts have been chaotic after Penang event. I hope i don't do anything rash during these period of time....*lol*
CBD Run
We have Sgrunners Polo Tee testing session. Realise that the size is pretty small. I will require a size S.
We took the Marina south route tonight. It was a recovery run for me. Fennel run with me throughout. Thanks to her, i manage to keep my pace constant and a companion throughout. It was a good run with chit chat.
During the run feel abit of pain on the right feet. Have been feeling abit ache since the morning. At the end of this run, the pain level went up! The feeling is very strange. It is like wearing a slipper that has "open up" when you walk the bottom piece cause flip flop sound. When i walk, the feeling on the right feet cause similar sensation and a bit of ache. I keep looking at the foot to check if any paper of stuff stuck, but there isn't anything.
Now is limping tigger. Ouch....
