Poke Again!

I wasn't prepare for Blood donation after the end of July, even though my window has open.

I have to do something to reduce the intensity of workout, as i know i going to get hurt if i don't do something.

So i went under the needle this afternoon. It was a scary experience. After reading Ronnie Blog on Blood Donation, i was abit scare when i saw so many army guys inside. Things get worst, when the army guy wanted to poke me! Fortunately he can't find a good spot to poke me and get a nurse to do it.... A sigh of relieve.

I didn't realise that during blood donation, there is need for "ma jui" poke first. I suaku ..hehee....

My arm that is poke are abit painful! I do not know why this is so! I didn't experience this 16th time before! Odd.....
