Invisible Red Dots

Biking in Gym

After a few days of spotless RED DOTS. I feel the DOTS are over. Hehe...Hopefully there won't be the 3rd round of outbreak...

Have a late night yesterday. Woke up feeling a bit insufficient of sleep.....:(

It require slightly more effort on the bike today, i guess is due to the late night. No matter, i still manage to get a 50 mins workout this morning.

Did more stretching, trading off some precious winks for it.....:(

Saw a new rowing equipment at the gym this morning...wanted to try but mind already make up to hit the bike....have arrange with the gym instructor to test it later during lunch...hehe...

Row, Row, Row your boat

Went up to the "row boat". OTOT carry ON!

Intend to do 10 mins to get a feel of it, as i wanna do weights today. After meddling with the control, since can't find 10 mins settings, settled for the shortest distance that is 2km rowing.

Was it tough? Okay ba, after my first try. Did 9:25 min for 2km. Came out a bit "wet" again! keke.

Aiyoh, after that rowing, body like 10% down! I was struggling a bit, similar feeling just after i went for blood donation! Sigh....Anyway a good workout despite the slight body ache, thigh and hamstring are tight as well.

Oh well, i survive for another round to "torture" .....:)
